Lampworking Tips:

For your initial use of any mandrel, cleaning and roughing up the surface is recommended. You can use an SOS pad, or a scrubbie,
whatever you have available. It will definitely make a difference on how your bead release sticks.

Hollow tubing is perfect for blowing shards or vessels as well as using them to make large holed beads.

Use an exacto knife to slice mini rings of copper tubing.  Place them on a marver and pick them up with a molten clear stringer and place on
the bead and encase.  The bright red perfect circles in the bead are beautiful. Also great for making copper cored beads.
